Currently, homes in Davis and Weber County are selling in an average of 54 days, compared to 46 days this time last year. This increase suggests that while demand remains strong, buyers are taking more time to make purchasing decisions. For sellers, this means setting realistic expectations—homes are still selling, but patience may be required.
Median Sales Price: Steady Growth in Home Values
The median sales price has risen from $478,500 in early 2024 to $489,900 today. This increase of over $11,000 reflects continued home value appreciation, despite longer selling times.
